A positioning workshop helped to define the brand’s true identity in terms of content, based on brand values and a strong brand essence. We dived deep into the world of makers via a customer journey workshop for each segment of the target group: aspiring and advanced makers, schools and professionals.
Bottom line? Velleman needed a drastic overhaul of their communication style. Makers are not necessarily looking for the most sensible choice. They constantly look for challenges, crave the feeling of excitement and track down the latest insights and gadgets within a like-minded community.
